The 12 Events works on a daily basis to keep track of everything that goes on during our events. As liaison to your selected artists and vendors, we will manage deliveries, bookings and assist you in regulating your payments upon your specified time-frame. We will inform you upon the times you need to make a payment or sign a contract to your selected vendors and give them directives towards your requirements and special requests.
